Prices for suppliers
With buying tickets for InterConnect 2024, you receive for each participant (among other things):
- Access to the B2B matchmaking portal. Matchmaking with 18 buying companies starts from April 3. In the portal, you will get access to their demand and you can showcast your products. You can get in direct communication and book meetings for the conference day.
- Conference attendance on April 17, 2024, including 5 hours of B2B matchmaking, and other opportunities to connect, talk and learn in an enjoyable conference atmosphere.
- You have the opportunity to host buying companies on the day after (April 18, 2024), directly in your site, to show your capabilities and make the next step in a customer relation. This item is depending on logistics and content fit with buying companies, so it cannot be guaranteed per se. Please reach out to us if you want to get an individual assessment.
Step 1: Registration of attendees
Please register the names and details of each attendee you want to confirm for InterConnect 2024. You can enter up to 4 attendees.
When you are done, press “Register attendees” and the details of the participants are recorded for the conference.
Please note: The completed registration only is not a confirmation of attendance!
You need to complete step 2 (purchase of tickets) to be confirmed for the conference.
Step 2: Purchase of tickets
Now, please purchase as many tickets as you have previously registered participants. In general, we offer two options of purchasing:
OPTION 1: If you want to purchase by invoice, fill the contact form and we will send you a pre-invoice, to initiate the purchasing process “by invoice”.
Important note: Due to technical reasons, we can offer the “payment by invoice” option only to companies that are participating with a legal entity that is registered in the Republic of Serbia.
OPTION 2: Purchase by creditcard.
Please select first how many tickets you want to buy. Put them in the basket, and follow the instructions. You will receive a confirmation of payment by email.
For both options, you will receive a separate confirmation email and access to the B2B portal, after the payment is completed.

- All payments will be effected in the national currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For the informative display of prices in other currencies, the foreign exchange rate shall be used (you can specify, for instance, the official middle RSD exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia). When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations, and which cannot be known to us at the moment of transaction. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site. Thank you for your understanding.
- On behalf of CONVESTENICS, we commit ourselves to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic data about customers/users and data necessary for business and information of users in accordance with good business practices and in order to provide quality service. We give customers the option of choosing, including the option to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All users/customers data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. - Refund “In case of return of goods and refund to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return/refund, CONVESTENICS is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment method.”
